We're married!

We've put up some of our photos! Have a look.

Yes, it is true, we are finally completely, fully and utterly married. This is it. We're done. We'll put up pictures as they become available. For now, I will limit myself to saying that the ceremony and reception were wonderful.

Wedding moose, er, news

We're getting very close to the day – February 23rd of 2007 - now.

These are the details:

The wedding service will be held at St Luke’s Methodist Church, and will start at 3.30 pm. The reception will take place in the IW Philips House at 5 pm, following the service.

Invitations have been sent, the caterer is booked - so at least there will be food! For those people whose are coming in from out of town, we have put up a page with directions and general travel info. You can also RSVP on our nifty Wedding page.

The venue for the religious wedding, as mentioned above, is St Luke’s Methodist Church and the reception is at the IW Philips House, a historic building in downtown Orlando with a lovely little garden, for the reception. Expect a mix of traditions, occasional lack thereof, and lots of fun people.

We will be around after the wedding, since our honeymoon is, well, over.

Hope to see you at the wedding!

Jordan and Clara are mostly married!

Clara and Jordan

First of all, thanks so much to all those people who made it to our engagement party - it was a fabulous do, and you can find a few of the photos here; expect more soon.

As most of you will know, we succeeded in obtaining Clara's fiancee visa. Following this, she travelled to the US on June 10th and we were civilly married by the court in Annapolis on June 15th. After that we went for a long weekend getaway to West Virginia (we'll post pictures asap, currently meaning it may take a while).

This leaves the religious ceremony to be done at a later date sometime in 2007. We will keep you all posted on our progress with wedding plans. Meanwhile we are moving housing, filing paperwork, dealing with practicalities and very happy as well.

This site gives information about what's going on in our lives, individually and together. Parts of the site are still under construction, and we'll be updating frequently, so check back often!
